It was easy and clear to select what I wanted. In the notes on Etsy the theme I asked for was “Vaporwave” and I requested that holo glitter be added on, as that’s an addon that doesn’t incur a charge. Vaporwave is a pretty broad esthetic, but common colors are high saturation, lots of neon and weirdness.Price: 5/5
The price of the toy itself was both reasonable and affordable, at $45 for a small mystery custom. I will absolutely recommend them, their etsy shop is here:

Due to the weather/hurricane, shipping was delayed, but as a custom toy? This was blazing, insanely fast for the quality and complexity of the toy I received. I ordered on the 2nd received the toy on 20th, even with the bad weather and shipping delays!Shipping: 5/5
Pictures 2 and 3 are the plain brown box and colored tissue paper (That matched the custom toy!) I got in the mail. It was both subtle, and incredibly well packed. Big bubble packs on the top and bottom, clean sealed bags for each item ordered and the colorful tissue paper. Shipping prices were reasonable, to boot!Appearance: 5/5
My ‘Mystery’ suggestion was vaporwave. I am beyond happy with the colors used, as they are clear, bright and swirled together in a complex fade that is very attractive. Upon further inspecting, it also GLOWS IN THREE COLORS, also carefully swirled together in a perfect vaporwave sunset over the sea. The holographic glitter was a free addon and is noticeable with a little wiggling, as well as well integrated into the overall scheme of the toy-but there are several kinds of glitter in the toy, and the semi-translucent nature makes it all the more shimmery, though that does not pick up as well in the photos.Mold/Model: 5/5
The model is exquisite. The complicated nubs, swooping wavy frills, and super detailed base all caught my eye right away, and before I ordered I had been eyeing this model for a while. Mine came in perfect, with the texture being shiny, and a little sticky as far as picking up dust-but it also holds lube very well and is delightfully squishy/super wiggly in soft firmness. There is no printer texture that is obvious. The overall look, heft, and feel of the toy is pleasing.Overall: 5/5

Have made some actually all right progress last week (keeping in mind
the first week of September was completely lost), so pretty comfortable
leaving most Septober listings open still. Have been intermittently updating some pictures there so I will keep doing that as I go. May get a photoset of some completed pieces up this week also.Hope you are all staying safe out there.
A handful of things have come up and I need to make some stock move. Coincidentally, my shop has a bunch of stock to move, plus these monster heads since I made some side-statement about maybe putting them up for this.
So starting 12:01am CDT tonight and running thru Sunday: a 20% off sale! It will be on all stock in the Etsy shop.
The Grab-Bag quantities on the site have also been redone, and of course if you order stock/grab-bags I will refund any shipping overages.
Will try to make a post office run tonight, tomorrow, rest of the week. Had some issues the past few weeks with the only after-hours self service kiosk being down, drop box being jammed, just a ridiculous amount of silly obstacles. Maybe better for them than the time someone just…broke the door…but makes it hard for me to send everything out.

Stock drop time!! We just dropped 59 new listings into the store and there are some BRIGHT colors to be found! Went with a lot of purple and blue and pink this time around. Even some greens, which is a rare treat!
Additionally, today is the the first day our new tentacle and claw vibe sleeves are available for purchase. Just pop your favorite bullet vibe in and have some fun with these new friends! Each model features a variety of textures to enjoy. Our sleeves come in a variety of firmnesses and are randomly assembled in pairs.

June is Pride Month! Happy Pride, everyone!!
Sorry we’re a bit late to the party! I’ve been dealing with some non-work stress but that’s all past and it’s time to celebrate Pride! This month snuck up on me as here in Austin we celebrate pride in August (unsurprising considering how hot it is here in June). Here at Strange Bedfellas we are both members of the LGBT+ community and are very excited to celebrate this month! We know a lot of our friends and customers are members of the community as well and it’s awesome to get to show some support!
We’ve got a whole lot of toys ready to drop into inventory tomorrow (June 8th) and a good lot of them are rainbows! Shimmer rainbows! Pastel rainbows! Glow-in-the-dark rainbows! Definitely something for everyone! Stop by the store around 4 PM central time to get your hands on these colorful selections!
But we’re not just here to toss rainbow friends at you. In honor of Pride month, and in the spirit of supporting the community that’s been so good to us, we’re going to be donating $5 of every toy sold from our shop in the month of June to a local non-profit organization that supports the LGBT+ community here in our home in Central Texas. Once the month ends we’ll gather up the total and send it to Out Youth!
