The Ghosties, Spooke the curious and Ghast
the grinning are always happy to haunt! They will keep you company
during even the darkest of times, as their strong green glow-in-the-dark
makes for cozy night-lighting!

The same can be said for the cutest trickster, Treat the Dragon!
Not truly a ghost, but ever since he donned his glowing blanket
costume, the Ghosties have accepted him as one of their own. His tail
flicks happily behind him, in shades of vivid metallic purple, with two
ivory horns protruding from his veil!

Squishies come in Soft 4 firmness by default but we’ll happily make them in Medium 6 or Firm 8 by special request 🙂

Do you have sources for the TTC stuff? I’m just curious, I follow all of their social media and I can’t recall them being insulting to other makers.

Copied marbles from DamnAverage.

I’m linking so that the images aren’t huge; 1st and 2nd here, 4th here, there’s more but my internet will only let me go so far rn because there’s a storm in.

This style of marbling was pioneered and perfected by DamnAverage, and just because everyone else is stealing it too doesn’t make it okay. (DamnAverage’s also look better)

Started site with incredible similarities to Bad Dragon.

I do not have early screencaps of their site, but it was complete with black-scale background and similar layout.

Continues to defend other stores ripping off existing items.

In a public Telegram, on the topic of a new store’s marbles looking similar to DamnAverage’s.

Concept art for future releases has looked similar to existing toys; has not listened to criticisms on this.

I have been asked not to share the concept art, as it was shared with me, but extreme parallels can be drawn to Tealtacle’s Tentacle and BeastLab’s Tidus on two of the concepts. I do not make this accusation lightly.

Indirectly insults other makers, often over things they cannot control or do not have the funds to control.

This was posted during a discussion on the BD Forums, where multiple indie makers were criticized for potentially having unclean environments; specifically DamnAverage.

Repeatedly has reached out to customers to do work with relation to designs; in most cases, does not offer payment.

The example I have on hand is my own, after being asked repeatedly by Stripe about PR, toy designs, and ideas. It wore thin real quick. Toy suggestions and such have also been asked for via Twitter and Tumblr.
