Chocolate colors now available on the site here
on my larger offerings (Chubbs and up) until February 14th. Chocolate
tones are your choice: leave inspirational foodstuffs or past DCD colors
in the note during checkout. I’ll round up some old examples too.Chocolate Event orders are projected to ship by March.
DCD (Discount Chocolate Day) will still happen as a stock drop on Etsy on Feb 15th.
General Update
Only a couple pieces left on Goodnight Sale and Winter Friends
events. You should be getting a shipping notice in the next week, or
early next week. So mostly on track there (to my second update,
mid-January just wasn’t going to work with how cold it was).I have opened the blog on my site to reflect the same updates and
announcements I am posting on tumblr. Those without tumblr accounts have
been unable to view these posts for a while, so I felt it best to have all
information available in a more public way. Obviously if you’re following me here you’ll get all the good stuff anyway 🙂Be well out there.

I just wanted to thank you for making the past posts with Bad Dragon! I didn’t know some of the things they’ve done, and I was hoping to order from them in the next 6 months or so for the first time, but since you provided evidence with some of these instances, I’m definitely reconsidering them. Also, thank you for talking about DamnAverage! Didn’t know about them and their items look so amazing! Might have to buy from them. ^^ Thank you again!

The Squishpocalypse has arrived!
All of my mystery critters are now available exclusively at https://damnaverage.com/
To bring in The Squishpocalypse I have a small handful of glitter critters (glcritters?) and confetti critters (confritters!) for sale, as well as all of the random critter listings, including the grab bags. If there’s a great turnaround I’ll try to get some more Glcritters and Confritters made and listed later on.
As you may well be aware, my grab bags got taken down from Etsy a while back. I swapped over most of my critters to a last-chance-made-to-order-choose-your-colors for their last run on Etsy. I have now removed all of those. If you’re waiting on a critter order on Etsy you will still receive it, no worries there, I am just providing a location where buyers can get them in all of their surprise mystery random goodness.
The loss of grab bags and mystery critters was actually monetarily devastating and has had an impact on the inflow of new material and resulted in additional delays on orders. Not that I wanted to say that at any point but yeah, there it is. You will also notice an overuse of terms like surprise, and random, and mystery, and that is entirely my bitterness. 🙂 Send me a little sweetener. Not sugar, because insulin problems, but…
So anyway, that much aside, go here, get the critters you always wanted, get the grab bags you’ve been waiting on, let us do the celebration with the Squishpocalypse!

Random critters are a no-go. Other sellers take heed: “Mystery,” and “surprise” (random colored) listings cannot be accommodated and your listings may get taken down too. You need to photograph the exact item you’re selling. How this makes sense against made to order items that cannot be specifically photographed ahead of time, I have no idea.
Worry not my amazing friends and followers, the Squishpocalypse is coming. Your mystery critters and grab bags will not be gone for long.

Marbled March again! The original marble themed sale of March, it maintains most of its features from last year, and not too many differences.——–What is Marbled March 2017?——-
Semi-custom
orders are available throughout the month. Just choose one color, then
I’ll choose another/other contrasting color(s) and come up with your
marble. I like dynamic, tight marbling but am open to suggestion for
less contrast, loose marbles, or cowprint “mottles”. Generally I opt for
a light and dark, for example, and if you want eye-searingly bright
tones instead I will be happy to work with that! Just let me know.The year before last showcased my signature “Transitional Marbles,” and last year we took a look at “Painterly Marbles,” and while neither of them have such a significant discount this year they do make a return. This year I’m offering a “Dealer’s Choice” of sorts. Hand me a theme or inspiration (photo or written, whatever) and I will do something with it. These toys will still feature marbles heavily but may also have other work done to them, it’s just that the say in that comes down to me.
——-What else happens this year?——-
Not much. You should know that if you do not see an item available that it has likely been sold and will be making a reappearance only when I have worked through the queue. I cannot give an estimate on when the queue will be through.
On
shipping, I will be making trips when possible. Please keep in mind
that custom orders do take a bit of time and I am quite prone to
recasting based on my perfectionism. Also know that unwell life
situations do continue (yep…) and it may cause slight delays here and there.
Please do not inquire about shipping times until after the timeframe on
your receipt. And don’t order on the 31st and claim you’ve been waiting
3 months on May 1st. Not letting that fly this year either.I may combine MM orders with other things, however due to the time frame inconsistencies I can’t guarantee that I will.

-Firmnesses are: super soft (0030), soft (0050), medium (approx 8A), and hard (10A)
-Super
Soft has a tendency to blend during pouring, so I cannot guarantee that
the marbles will be very tight or crisp. I will certainly try, but
expect more of a soft/feathered edge on any super soft toys.
-Metallic and glow pigments affect the weight of the silicone, so may also cause issue with colors blending
-Marbled March is only for marbles, I am not offering other color options at this time.
-I will be uploading various pre-mades throughout the month when the new week sets go up.
-Marbled
March listings will have a desaturated promo image at the front of them and
say “Marbled March” in the listing title and in the corner of the image.
-For questions please ask me on Etsy. Oftentimes questions
that only I can answer get posted on unrelated forums, and receive odd
estimations or conjecture that don’t help anyone. I don’t usually bite, please do not be afraid to ask me directly.
-If
an item is not in stock when you check, it is sold out and will not be
getting relisted until I work through its queue. All items have 1

LAST CALL for Marbled March happens now.
There are between 2-4 open slots on all MM listings. These will be available until all slots are full, or April rolls around.
Last call Marbled March orders will be added at the bottom of the queue, thus are not expected to be started on until significant progress has been made with current orders. This stacks onto the waiting time significantly. For my own sanity I am outlining receipt of last call MM orders by JUNE, ergo questions made prior to that point on progress will only hold up the line further. If you are not willing to wait, I will be dropping significant amounts of stock over the next couple months as I work through this list. Come back and check those out, and have a look at my stress relievers and monthly doodles!
