A handful of things have come up and I need to make some stock move. Coincidentally, my shop has a bunch of stock to move, plus these monster heads since I made some side-statement about maybe putting them up for this.

So starting 12:01am CDT tonight and running thru Sunday: a 20% off sale! It will be on all stock in the Etsy shop.

The Grab-Bag quantities on the site have also been redone, and of course if you order stock/grab-bags I will refund any shipping overages.

Will try to make a post office run tonight, tomorrow, rest of the week. Had some issues the past few weeks with the only after-hours self service kiosk being down, drop box being jammed, just a ridiculous amount of silly obstacles. Maybe better for them than the time someone just…broke the door…but makes it hard for me to send everything out.

Anyway, stay safe out there!

Stuff Pt4:
More stock on Etsy, same old same old.

I lost count but have made a bit of progress the past couple weeks. Still no eta, but am working.

Shipping:
Will be heading out sometime this
upcoming week. Missed a week there but…I dunno, I’m not great. That
being said will be polishing off a few orders from the site (fell a bit
behind on critters/squishies there for a bit). Not sure how long my car
will be in the shop either but there are other vehicles here so that
shouldn’t interrupt shipping.

Otherwise uhhh…Kitzler mold is falling apart and I’ve just finished
up preparations to remold it so there won’t be any interruptions with
using it for excess materials every time I pour. I like it a lot sorry.

Chocolate Colors, General Update

Chocolate Event

Chocolate colors now available on the site here
on my larger offerings (Chubbs and up) until February 14th. Chocolate
tones are your choice: leave inspirational foodstuffs or past DCD colors
in the note during checkout. I’ll round up some old examples too.

Chocolate Event orders are projected to ship by March.

DCD (Discount Chocolate Day) will still happen as a stock drop on Etsy on Feb 15th.

General Update

Only a couple pieces left on Goodnight Sale and Winter Friends
events. You should be getting a shipping notice in the next week, or
early next week. So mostly on track there (to my second update,
mid-January just wasn’t going to work with how cold it was).

I have opened the blog on my site to reflect the same updates and
announcements I am posting on tumblr. Those without tumblr accounts have
been unable to view these posts for a while, so I felt it best to have all
information available in a more public way. Obviously if you’re following me here you’ll get all the good stuff anyway 🙂

I just wanted to thank you for making the past posts with Bad Dragon! I didn’t know some of the things they’ve done, and I was hoping to order from them in the next 6 months or so for the first time, but since you provided evidence with some of these instances, I’m definitely reconsidering them. Also, thank you for talking about DamnAverage! Didn’t know about them and their items look so amazing! Might have to buy from them. ^^ Thank you again!

Black Friday is here, thus starts the BFCM (that is, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) sale! You will find a generous stock drop on Etsy with 25% off listed prices of all stock – I have manually adjusted the prices so no need for a coupon! this sale lasts through Monday.

Some door-not-busters also include a batch of black snails (with shimmer!) on Etsy. They are at a discounted 20% off, which brings us to:

The Squishpocalypse has arrived!

All of my mystery critters are now available exclusively at https://damnaverage.com/

To bring in The Squishpocalypse I have a small handful of glitter critters (glcritters?) and confetti critters (confritters!) for sale, as well as all of the random critter listings, including the grab bags. If there’s a great turnaround I’ll try to get some more Glcritters and Confritters made and listed later on.

As you may well be aware, my grab bags got taken down from Etsy a while back. I swapped over most of my critters to a last-chance-made-to-order-choose-your-colors for their last run on Etsy. I have now removed all of those. If you’re waiting on a critter order on Etsy you will still receive it, no worries there, I am just providing a location where buyers can get them in all of their surprise mystery random goodness.

The loss of grab bags and mystery critters was actually monetarily devastating and has had an impact on the inflow of new material and resulted in additional delays on orders. Not that I wanted to say that at any point but yeah, there it is. You will also notice an overuse of terms like surprise, and random, and mystery, and that is entirely my bitterness. 🙂 Send me a little sweetener. Not sugar, because insulin problems, but…

So anyway, that much aside, go here, get the critters you always wanted, get the grab bags you’ve been waiting on, let us do the celebration with the Squishpocalypse!

Couple things up, as I am going through and packing up orders for shipping and realizing…stuff. Like this mystery Taf that I wrote down and now…have no idea why. Good to feel a little unstable sometimes (it’s not at all).

I have a very sudden sale happening, something about shipping orders vs health insurance. Going by coupon codes this round, which should be on the right side during checkout. (Not sure about on mobile, in app, or as a guest account though? there will be a place for it somewhere though)

“hahabills” is 15% off $100+

And that is set to expire on June 1st.

So have a look! Still got a good few handfuls of last chance critters. and the shop is otherwise mostly populated by my selection of devils. Mmm, devils.

Random critters are a no-go. Other sellers take heed: “Mystery,” and “surprise” (random colored) listings cannot be accommodated and your listings may get taken down too. You need to photograph the exact item you’re selling. How this makes sense against made to order items that cannot be specifically photographed ahead of time, I have no idea.

Worry not my amazing friends and followers, the Squishpocalypse is coming. Your mystery critters and grab bags will not be gone for long.
