Lo and behold – Sirius and Nora, brought to physical form by the wonderful duo at @strangebedfellas !
Sirius is a werewolf queen, lavish and regal, while Nora is a champion weightlifter among her reptilian kind. Which of these lovely ladies would you take home?
These models are fresh off the bed, so don’t mind the printer texture too much; they’ll be smoothed long before they’re up for sale! Originally, these were going to be the small and medium sizes, but I feel they better fit Large and Medium; or in the case of Sirius, maybe even Large and Small! I’ll share their measurements after processing.
The upper two images compare the sizes of the two Sirius prints, while the middle two compare the two Nora prints. The lower photo compares the smaller size of both to each other!
Large Tyv will be joining our line-up with this Friday’s drop! We’ve got two large boys in the drop and once customs open again he’ll be on the list! He’s BIG!
How big, you ask? Here’s his size stats! *Approximate Measurements* Total length: 8.25 inches Useable length: 7 inches Diameter of the head: 1.75 inches Circumference of the head: 5.25 inches Widest shaft diameter: 2.25 inches Circumference of the shaft: 7.25 inches Widest knot diameter: 2.75 inches Circumference of the knot: 8.5 inches Base diameter: 5 inches
Tyv will be regularly priced at $80. Come have a look at him and his friends this Friday when we drop 25+ new toys into the shop! We’ll have rainbows and Valentines colors this time around 😀
There will be mediums and smalls, and a couple rare smalls cast in soft silicone. These are made from leftover pour, so if you want a small soft, I suggest picking one of those babies up (second row, #3 & #4 of this post).
As a last order of business, we won’t be doing the next biweekly sale. Instead, we’re gearing up for a Valentines Day event, stay tuned!
Going to be overhauling the Masterlist and related pages; if there is anything you’d like to suggest or mention, now is the time!
Chocolate colors now available on the site here
on my larger offerings (Chubbs and up) until February 14th. Chocolate
tones are your choice: leave inspirational foodstuffs or past DCD colors
in the note during checkout. I’ll round up some old examples too.
Chocolate Event orders are projected to ship by March.
DCD (Discount Chocolate Day) will still happen as a stock drop on Etsy on Feb 15th.
General Update
Only a couple pieces left on Goodnight Sale and Winter Friends
events. You should be getting a shipping notice in the next week, or
early next week. So mostly on track there (to my second update,
mid-January just wasn’t going to work with how cold it was).
I have opened the blog on my site to reflect the same updates and
announcements I am posting on tumblr. Those without tumblr accounts have
been unable to view these posts for a while, so I felt it best to have all
information available in a more public way. Obviously if you’re following me here you’ll get all the good stuff anyway 🙂
It’s a work in progress and, for the time being, will feature primarily ready-made stock. I’m hoping to have a collection of mini- and medium-sized Qilin’s available late-January to early-February.
Kobolds will be going the way of the dinosaur after the last few are sold off while I redo the model digitally.
Please give a warm (if tentative) welcome to Archippos (”Archie”) the Centaur! He’s a rare sort known as an Ichthyocentaur, the aquatic elements of which influenced his design.
We were overdue for an equine-inspired toy and for a long time I racked my brain thinking of ways to do it so it wasn’t just another horse… and this is the end result! I really hope you all will enjoy him as much as I enjoyed designing him, and that he will be able to bring flared toys to people who aren’t fans of the traditional horse.
Archie is not available for purchase at this exact moment, but when I post about my winter colors, there should be some listings open for the small version of Archie. The Medium and Large are still pending – things have been chaotic, to say the least, but I will get to them (and the remakes of Medium and Large Hati) as soon as I can. This is likely to end up happening in early January, as the shop will be going on vacation for about a week starting on the 24th.
The OP of the previous post on FB/TTC has deleted it and we have taken it down to prevent it from being spread further. The point remains that you should request a refund from Frisky Beast as soon as possible, to give yourself the largest time window for things to be processed. Twin Tail Creations has given conflicting information about whether or not they can force Frisky Beast to issue a refund.
As of right now, what we know from someone else going through the FB refund process themselves and their conversation with Stripe of TTC is as follows:
TTC will ensure orders are filled if it requires toys, either through FB or on their own. However, only FB is able to issue refunds, for reasons that have not been specified. If your order is waiting on a refund, this is not something TTC can help with. TTC can only handle orders that are being filled by having the item poured.
However, FB is still lacking in their ability to answer tickets, and it is unknown as to if or when this will change in order to make refunding more viable.
