Bad Dragon’s Elden pictured left; Strange Bedfellas’ Yuri pictured right. Angles are not exact match, and Elden’s 3D model features mild glitching around the base.
I can see the similarities you mention, but it is also a very generic scaled base design. Elden is more elongated, uses a ridged opening instead of a smooth one, and features an extra ring of scales in comparison to Yuri. I personally believe that the differences are as much as possible given the simplicity in either design, but I can understand your concerns.
I would comment on the colors, but I’m not sure what BD’s Arctic Ice coloration even looks like – Googling it turned up multiple completely different combinations. If you do have a link to an example of the color, the submit box should still be open and does accept links as well as images!
I believe most people do just use PayPal, and simply do not include any details in the PayPal transaction about the nature of the purchase. PayPal allows the additional protection offered by a chargeback as well, if things go sour after the payment.

What I think is a very key difference between this and some of the other similar pours that have been done is that marble cake is very much a cake, and this dildo is also very much a cake, and so a marble cake color on a cake dildo is something that would be very easy to think of, especially if you are a fan of marble cake (as any cake fan should be)
A cake color on a cake dildo is very sensible and aesthetically pleasing.
This is very different from a random toy having the same color as an established toy for no determinable reason, especially when the place without a determinable reason has been known to steal ideas in the past and has not ever stopped.

There’s a lot of options, evidently, so it’s easiest to narrow it down a bit to start. What kind of size range are you comfortable with? Is there any certain shape you prefer, like a curve, or a flared head, or a taper?
